Being an observant I observed that in recent times every single individual is concerned about his health. For that purpose they seek out for the things which are hygienic and healthy at the same time for them. A question in the quest we ask ourselves what is healthy food? I think the answer depends on your fitness goals what do you want exactly. To be honest with you nothing is going to happen overnight, if you think one day you’re going to wake up with the body of Phil Heath or Jay Cutler so that’s never going to happen. You’ve got to work your way out the journey is long but if stay focus you will achieve your desire results at the end. Now I’m about to tell you 5 steps of getting lean or ripped without using steroids or human growth hormones. The steps are as follows:
Eat a Balance Diet
If you want to get lean you would have to eat a balance diet, by the balance diet I meant it should be a combination of protein and carbs altogether but you make sure the carbs shouldn’t be on the higher side or else you end up gaining instead of losing, one should cut all the food which contains fat like pizzas, burgers, french fries, cheese and all that fatty stuff trust me they are healthy at all.
As I quoted earlier it will take some time it’s not going to happen overnight, so you have to be patient. You have to be focused, the picture should be clear in your mind of what you want to achieve. You have to put down your head and work for it. When we combine different things altogether results would come good or bad that’s a separate story.
If you want a toned physique than exercise is necessary, if you do only diet and don’t do the work out you’re not going to get healthy at all. In real you might get sick due to the rapid change in your diet routine, but when you exercise your whole body muscles activated and when you sweat you burn the calories this is how it works.
Taking rest is an essential part, one should never ignore that part this is actually the time when the damaged particles of your muscle heal. A healthy person should sleep minimum six to eight hours a day, you want to give value to all the hard work and training that you’ve done in order to do so taking rest is a must thing.
If you don’t like to go to the gym or you don’t have the time for it and still you want to get lean. Don’t get disappointed, you still can reduce weight, all you have to do is jog minimum one hour twice a day without any breaks the jog should be continuous till an hour. And if you can’t even do that then walk two hours twice a day without any break you’ll feel the difference trust me.
Do Not Cheat
Cheating is not going to help your cause, cheating means that you don’t have the will power to say no to the things that has ruined you in the past, and if you can’t stick to the plan than it’s not your piece of cake you’re making a fool out of yourself. So in my opinion a strong willed individual never cheat himself.
These were the five steps in order to achieve your desired physique. As I always say follow your dream, no dream is too big if you have faith in it, so try and you would feel the difference. Determination is the key so stay focused, live your life the way you want it once you achieve your fitness goals and then live your dream.
