So guys firstly tell me who among you is not stressed? Well, this is insane because in this crazy world, everyone is frequently stressed out for many reasons. We live with highly tight routine of 24/7 day cycle only in 24 hours. Where our bosses drives us mad, our clients drive us mad, your kids, spouse, friends, colleagues, even our calendars which are lined up with tasks, our emails and the phones. So how one can get rid of this all burden and get peace in life. Especially now these days where we are connected globally with each other and packed with calls, responsibilities and deadlines, is not it a big stress? Our lives have become more like going out and achieving things, we don’t have time to sit into the couch and watching our favorite series. All things we are going for eventually make us stressed out. I will be sharing some techniques that can help you a bit in decreasing your stress.

Are You The Reason?

The first thing you need to understand is what causes stress? Apparently it feels like that the stress is coming from outer world, but basically I think it’s inside you. You allow yourself to stress out. It’s always you who put stress on. All of the stress I don’t know how bad it is, but it’s always self-created. So this is very deep because it’s not always the circumstances around you, but your reaction on the things which causes stress.

Learn To Take Responsibilities

Instead always saying why this happen? Why that happens? my live sucks etc. just try to take responsibilities and figure out the things you have to done and then get stick on them. This attitude will make yourself more responsible and is also focus your attention towards the importance of work not the reasons which you always find when things go bad. So making things clear and sticking to responsibilities is best way to get relief from unnecessary stress in life.

Happiness is  choice. You can choose to be. There is going to be stress in life, but its your choice whether you let it affect you or not

Inhale Confidence Exhale Doubt

 Stress is sometimes in the form of negativity. Like many times things are not as bad as we consider them and then we start thinking negatively. Always remember, never assume things just ask. Cut your fears and doubts and take step forward to ask what exactly the point is. You will get to know the actual problem and then solve it nicely. On the other side if you just assume things it will create doubts in your mind and you will never be able to solve anything.

Do Less, But Best

This is simple as it is. Do less but give your best. Do not overload yourself with work. Train yourself to be cool with little things. One of the main reasons why people loaded with stress is the access amount of tasks they take and ultimately fail to accomplish them.

Stress is becoming disease now; the only reason is because people talking things so seriously and they wanted to get things done at once which is probably impossible. As we are not machines we are simple human beings, our emotions run naturally and we get stressed out. But it’s better to find ways to keep you healthy and happy.
